Dreams Come True
Dream all you can and all you want to. For only those who have dreams can have their dreams come true. Reach out toward your dreams and walk toward them. For only those who act on their dreams can have their dreams come true.
A Successful Relationship
There is no correct formula for a successful relationship. Because being successful over here is not a one time thing. We will always be learners, will always be in process of making relationships better and better. For even if we arrive at a stage where we find relationship between two people perfect, impossible to find a flaw in; the very next moment we will find one of them or perhaps both of them changing and if people are not the same, then where does perfection in their relationship come from?

Be An Inspiration
Be an inspiration. Whether you're a parent, teacher, coach, athlete, artist, or anything else, do what you do best. People you have never met and never will meet are watching you perform. It is up to you to meet their expectations and show them the right way through example.

Negative Opinions
Whatever you think you may do, it’s half of what you can really do. And that’s because you have so many negative opinions about yourself. You can solve them. Just accept the fact that you have them and then start working on them.
Self-Talk
Positive and encouraging self-talk will contribute to inner strength and self-respect, which will drastically alter the way you see yourself and your potential in life.

Courage
Courage is being responsible for your own actions and admitting your own mistakes without placing blame on others. It's relying not on others for your success, but on your own skills and efforts.
A Dream is a Blueprint
Motivation is a positive starting point, and action places you on a forward path. A dream is a blueprint of a goal not yet achieved; the only difference between the two is the effort involved in attaining what you hope to accomplish.

Make the Right Choice
Observe yourself and even judge yourself what you are doing. Are you following people or are you following your own instinct and become strong and feel empowered because you made the right choice.
Life Changes from a Obligation
Make a decision and connect with that decision as much as possible. You can do that by writing things down. And then the most important part is to choose to take action. Not taking action is also a choice. You don’t have to do anything. Every action or no-action has consequences. Exercising our will gives us the power and the freedom to choose where we are in life and what we will do. That is when life changes from an obligation to a blessed opportunity.
The Key
The key to getting what you want is letting people know what you want and also being willing to be a giver. If you are willing to give in order to receive, you will always be on the receiving end of getting what you want. And in the best interest of time, once you realize that the other person is not capable of giving you what you want or if you find out that they are unwilling to give it to you, move on to the person who will give it to you.

Happy Thanksgiving
On this Thanksgiving Day, I wish to say that I am honored to have you in my life.
Your Attitude
Choose your attitude every morning. It’s kind of liberating and empowering to know that a good or bad day is completely in our control and that while the happenings in our world might influence us, they don’t need to determine us.
Learn to Adjust
Learn to adjust your thought process. Circumstances change, so do moods, feelings, impressions, ideas and people!

World Directed by Feelings
We live in a world directed by feelings of people towards each other. ‘Selfish interests’ have become so prominent in our lives that our every action is filled by it. There are many who practice a very limited compassion for others. In their quest of growing, they overlook the ethics. Wise men tell us that "money can get us everything but a character” –– some things are so true and they remain so as long as we live.
And that teaches me a lesson –– forgive, forget and move on. There are so many things happening around –– people dying of hunger, countries are at risk of getting drowned, earthquakes rattling homes, children getting born on streets and what not. It just takes a second to change your feelings from annoyance to gratitude –– and thank the Universe, I am good in this.

Takers of Negativity
We have become takers of negativity, ego, anger, frustration and waste. This needs to be changed. The thinking has to become positive. With the power of positivity, we refuse to give up. Remember, though situations don’t last but tough people do.

Trying to Please Everyone
Trying to Please Everyone: I like this quote by Colin Powell, which says "Trying to get everyone to like you is a sign of mediocrity". You’re never going to be able to control what others think, so don’t spend too much time sweating over it and stress yourself. Instead, work on the things you have control over –– yourself, your emotions, your thoughts, your actions and feel happy about it. Spend your energy in the creation process, and on people who do deserve your attention and love. Try it for a week –– You’ll find it’s a lot more rewarding this way.

Seven Great Questions for Everyday
1. Why?
2. What did I learn?
3. How can I help?
4. What if?
5. How can this be improved?
6. How can I show my gratitude?
7. What is the best use of my time now?
No Boundaries or Classes
There are no boundaries or classes that define a group of people that deserve to be respected. Treat everyone with the same level of respect you would give to your grandfather and the same level of patience you would have with your baby brother. People will notice your kindness.
Positive Language Skills
You can use positive language skills to exhibit yourself as a helpful, constructive person rather than a destructive, disinterested one. Positive body language involves the act of maintaining eye contact while speaking, using hand gestures to accentuate important points, leaning in closer while someone else is speaking, smiling, and mirroring the person you’re involved in a conversation with.

How Are Beliefs Formed?
- Childhood Imprints. The imprint stage is usually up to 7 years of age. Major events can affect your view of the world.
- The environment in which you grew up. Your parents, your school and the community that you are exposed to play a part in shaping your belief system. How you encounter difficulties now is largely determined by the stories that you have been told as a child.
- Modelling. You may unconsciously take on the beliefs of someone you deeply admire. If the model in your life says so, then it must be so.
- Significant Experiences. You may go through certain life-altering experiences that shape your beliefs. If the experiences turn out to be triumphs, you are likely to believe that anything is possible. If the experiences are horrid ones and your attitude is negative, you are likely to adopt a lot of disempowering thoughts and fears.

Create the Light of Your Life
It doesn't matter for how long the room has been dark;
For a day, or a week, or a year, or for ten thousand years.
The moment you bring in a candle; darkness vanishes like it was never there.
Similarly, it doesn't matter for how long we are stuck in a sense of our limitations.
The moment you decide to break free, nothing will stop you.
Create the light of your life.

Each Failure
Our society is so caught up in winning, we forget that most of the great men and women in history have, at one time or another, failed at something. Often repeatedly, and discouragingly. But each failure is nothing more than a brick in the wall that forms the foundation of our success. We can't forget that.

The Greatest Suffering
Material suffering is suffering from hunger, homelessness, and diseases. Still, I think the greatest suffering is being lonely, feeling unloved, having no one.

Stop, Sit and Tell
Often, when a person is upset or stressed about something, they begin to panic. The mind and the body begin to race. Simply taking a moment to stop, sit, and tell yourself that things will be ok can give you the calm you need to get through.
Philosophy is Kindness
This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.

Believe About Ourselves
What we believe about ourselves together with we hear others say about us and whether or not we accept their opinions –– our worthiness or value as a person.
Focus On Being Happy
Our thinking directly affects our bodies and how it functions. Negative thinking makes the whole body weak and fragile. All that stress, worrying, and nonsense thinking leads to headaches, sleeping disorders, muscle tensions, anxiety, and fatigue. So push the problems aside and just focuses on being happy.
Positive and Uplifting Words
One of the biggest barriers to building self esteem is constant negative thoughts about yourself and your abilities. Speak positive and uplifting words to yourself. Do it when you are alone, speak them out loud. When others might hear, it is quite alright to speak to yourself in your mind

Thoughts Can Be Changed
It’s really a waste of time, thinking “why me”. I’ve wasted enough brain bytes, going over this question like a mantra and yet, this questioning has not helped me one bit. So my first suggestion is to stop the victim mentality.
When you ask yourself “why me”, you are intending to say that you do not deserve what life has handed out to you. However, from what we know from the Law of Attraction or metaphysics, you cannot be a true victim because you have attracted a negative outcome into your physical reality somehow.
Fortunately, thoughts can be changed, to effect new changes. As you become more positive in your thoughts, you are sending out energy vibrations that match more desirable outcomes. The Universe responds by delivering what you have intended to you.
“Humans think they are asking with their words, or even with their action, and sometimes you are, but the Universe is not responding to our words or your action. The Universe is responding to your vibrational calling”

Opportunities
A great attitude does much more than turn on the lights in our worlds; it seems to magically connect us to all sorts of serendipitous opportunities that were somehow absent before the change.

Think Positively
Thinking in a positive manner, in return, attracts positive things. When you think positively, you become a brighter, cheerful person. People around you sense your positivity and, usually, return it to you. It is contagious.

The Situation is Not Forever
Understand that the situation is not forever. Even if you're dealing with the grief of a lost loved one, remember that in time you will feel better. You may always feel sad about a loss, but it will only get easier as time goes on. Take it day by day and keep in mind the transience of any bad situation.
Be Gentle with Yourself
Here is the exercise: Say this over and over to yourself."Be gentle with yourself. Be gentle with yourself. Be gentle with yourself." At the same time do the shoulder drop and back release. My friend has shared this phrase with many others who have used it to escape from their own anguish and despair. It is not simply the idea of the phrase that works, however. It is the use of the phrase; the thinking of the phrase instead of the thinking of the despair. The mind is very much like a frightened child at times like this. We need to tell the mind that it is not necessary to beat itself up. The mind doesn’t know this unless we tell it.

A Tiny Problem
Don't let a tiny problem escalate into disaster. Immediately stop the downward spiral by injecting some positivity into the situation. Do something small that you know will succeed - such as a small specific task that you’ve done many times and that you know are not going to fail at - this can be anything from making a cup of tea, writing an email or tidying a file. Let this sense of achievement boost you to take another, bigger step to success.
Key Thoughts
Keep a daily thought diary. In it, note down key thoughts, with the circumstances that created them. For example, if you felt irritated at work, think about why and make a note of it. Think about your emotional reaction. It should help you learn which situations provoke a negative or positive reaction. Regularly re-read your diary to trace your thought patterns and gauge whether you are becoming more positive.

The Wrong People
Maybe, we were supposed to meet the wrong people before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
Suffering
Some people don’t realize that in suffering there is great potential, because if you are deprived for any reason or otherwise.. and if you set your mind in the right direction, you will find that the only way to survive is for you to excel, by being better so you can be treated better.

Seeds of Our Future
Children are the seeds of our future. Plant love in their hearts and water them with wisdom and life's lessons. When they are grown, give them space to grow.
Foundation of Pleasant Thoughts
Build this day on a foundation of pleasant thoughts. Never fret at any imperfections that you fear may impede your progress. Remind yourself, as often as necessary, that you have the power to achieve any dream by lifting up your thoughts. You can fly when decide that you can. Never consider defeat again. Let the vision in your heart be in your life’s blueprint. Smile!

Positive Thinking
Positive thinking makes people light heartedly accept whatever conditions their lives are in, but it doesn’t necessarily mean they stop trying to better their lives.
Think for Ourselves
To lead a life in which we are inspired and can inspire others, our hearts have to be alive; they have to be filled with passion and enthusiasm. To achieve that, we need the courage to live true to ourselves. Rather than borrowing from or imitating others, we need the conviction to be able to think for ourselves and to take action out of our own sense of responsibility.

It's true that we don't know What we've got until it's gone, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
People In the World

Look Inwards
Many answers to what you seek don’t lie "out there". If you look inwards, you’ll find the answer has been in you all along.
Critical People
The natural reaction of critical people is to criticize, not praise. So if you talk to them about something in hopes they will respond in enthusiasm and encouragement, stop doing it. You have seen their critical behavior in action before, so it shouldn’t surprise you if they continue to dish out criticisms at what you say.

In Response to Unkindness
Kindness offered to the stranger passing by, in response to unkindness, or just because you can offer it is the sort of kindness that changes the world.
A Different Choice
Do you get annoyed with yourself because you didn’t make them most of something or stepped back form an opportunity? Don’t beat yourself up because that’s just going to make you feel worse. Instead, be brutally honest and ask yourself what you gained from the situation and what you lost out on. Based on this win/lose balance, what’s a different choice you can make next time?

Energy We Express
The energy we express to the world, is the energy that is returned to us. So be the love you wish to receive, the gratitude you want extended to you, and the patience you want returned to you.
Luck
Luck isn't something you get... it is something you make. It’s a state of being... of possibilities, not limitations. It is the mind set that says, yes I can. It is accepting that everything happens for a reason and has a purpose. It is picking yourself up even when life seems to be pulling you down. It is seeing the sun even when it is hiding behind the clouds. Luck is the promise tomorrow holds, and the blessings of this day.

Make Myths Out of People
When you start to make myths out of people –– even though they may have produced extraordinary results –– you run the risk of becoming disconnected from them. You can start to feel like you could never achieve similar things that they did because they are so very different. So it’s important to keep in mind that everyone is just a human being no matter who they are.
