The Greatest Suffering

Material suffering is suffering from hunger, homelessness, and diseases. Still, I think the greatest suffering is being lonely, feeling unloved, having no one.

Some people don’t realize that in suffering there is great potential, because if you are deprived for any reason or otherwise.. and if you set your mind in the right direction, you will find that the only way to survive is for you to excel, by being better so you can be treated better.

Pain and Suffering

A way to handle the worst pain and suffering is to expand your consciousness backward and forward in time.

Tell yourself, “What is happening now is only passing debris on the river of time.”

Dwell on the thought of the Eternal Bliss you will know when you attain inner freedom. The ability to rise above the present moment is vital to that achievement.
