You Are the Best

Respect yourself for your uniqueness and understand that everyone is on their own life journey. You are who you are; you are the best at being yourself, and you are a unique person, full of possibilities! Accept and respect yourself, flaws and all, and you will find that life becomes much less of a burden.

No Boundaries or Classes

There are no boundaries or classes that define a group of people that deserve to be respected. Treat everyone with the same level of respect you would give to your grandfather and the same level of patience you would have with your baby brother. People will notice your kindness.

Opinions and Beliefs

Learn to respect other people's opinions and beliefs. Let me ask you, what makes you think that your opinions and beliefs are more important than others? You have to realize that what is good for you might not be good for others and what is good for others might not be good for you. You can disagree with someone's opinions and beliefs in a respectable and positive way, not in a negative way.

Friends and Strangers

Be kind to friends and strangers.
Do not speak harshly, ignore their needs, lie, or
selfishly exploit them.
Lend your help, say a kind word, respect them in the same way
you would want them to respect you.

He Who...

He who stands on tiptoe is not steady.
He who strides cannot maintain the pace.
He who makes a show is not enlightened.
He who is self-righteous is not respected.
He who boasts achieves nothing.
He who brags will not endure.
