You experience what you think about most.Therefore, forward thinking with positive expectations is what you will get or backward thinking with negative expectations is what you will get. You chose.

Tap into your emotions. Fire yourself up the way athletes do. With enthusiasm, chant to yourself out loud.You can do it! You can do it! You can do it! This technique may take you outside of your comfort zone, but its fun once you get started. Granted, if you do this around family and friends I can guarantee a few strange looks. On the other hand, talk them into participating with you.
