It is time to give thanks for all that has come into our life and count each blessing of each moment – no matter how big or small, whether it was triumphant or one of disappointment. It was a gift presented to us and us, alone. They are ours to do with as we choose best intended to define our life and they will continue to do so, until the day we die.
It is also time to be still and release our mind of negative thoughts. In order to experience each moment as its own, we must wipe the slate clean – so that each moment is pure and without judgement.
