Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.
Mark Twain
When dawn erupts with sunshine, it fills our heart with warmth, hope, and happiness. Many cultures worship the sun for its divine life-infusing potency. Just like sunshine brings strength and vitality, let this blog invigorate you to spread sunshine throughout your day.

Taught to Hate

One of the worst things a parent can do is teach their child to hate and have prejudice. You wouldn’t find a parent willing to furnish poison to make their child physically sick, so why is it alright to teach our children to hate and have prejudice. Unless a stronger influence comes into their life to counter react to this behavior, it will last an entire lifetime. I believe we are taught to hate, when we are very young. I don’t think it comes naturally.
