I’ve learned not to take anything for granted. What is given to us can be taken from us in one stroke. So I see each gift as a blessing and give thanks for it. This also serves as a way to inform the gift giver you appreciate their gift, whether it was kind word, a generous thought or something bought with affection. If we don’t communicate the gift giver won’t know how rich they’ve made our life. Gratitude is Everything!
