Master Your Thoughts

How can you master your thoughts? Be the guardian of your mind; be the gatekeeper. As of this moment on, never allow a single thought that you don’’t want to happen. Always have positive and optimistic thoughts. Keep the negative, limiting and self-sabotaging thoughts out. You are the gatekeeper, so keep those sabotaging, stuck-state thoughts out of your mind and out of your life.
