Practice Random Acts of Kindness

When you practice random acts of kindness, people in turn become inspired by your actions. If this spirit of giving and helping spreads, the world will become a much better place. Here are some hints of what you can do:

1. Leave a note for the mail person to tell them what a great job they are doing

2. In the world of technology, go onto someone's webpage that you like and comment about a blog post that you loved.

3. Leave a book that you have read... and loved... for someone else to find it and read it.

4. Drop a toy or game off at the local hospital waiting room.

5. Take a plate of cookies to a local seniors home or for the workers at a pet shelter.

Practice random acts of kindness, and you notice how easier your life becomes. Back to the serotonin (happy drug your body naturally produces) that Dr. Wayne Dyer spoke about is that studies show that the giver of the act of kindness actually receives more serotonin through the act of giving than the receiver does. Even more of a reason why the act of kindness should be a daily ritual.
