Be Open
People are really kind and helpful if you give them a chance. Be open to receiving without feeling the need to “pay them back.” Let others know what they've provided for you, and how much you appreciate their help. Fully receiving what someone else has to offer is a gift in itself.
Expect Bad Things
If you expect bad
things in your life and work, you’ll always find them. A negative mind-set is
like looking at the world through distorting, grimy lenses. You spot every
blemish and overlook or discount everything else. It’s amazing what isn't there until you start to look
for it. Of course, if you decide to look for signs of positive things, you’ll
find those too.
Turn Your Anger
Turn your fear into anger, turn your anger into strength, and turn your strength into power. It doesn't matter how hard you fall. What matters is that you get back up.

Remove Nonessential Possessions
Too many material possessions complicate our
lives to a greater degree than we ever give them credit. They drain our bank
account, our energy, and out attention. The keep us from the ones we love and
from living a life based on our values. If you will invest the time to remove
nonessential possessions from your life, you will never regret it.
The Gift Of A New Day
When you open your eyes in the morning, sit for a moment and appreciate the gift of a new day, create a peaceful thought and enjoy some moments of silence throughout the whole day.
Don't Lose Yourself
Give, but do not allow your self to be used.
Love, but do not let your heart be abused. Trust, but do not be naïve. Listen
to others, but do not lose yourself in their words.
In The Wrong Relationship
Being single doesn’t mean that you are unloved, unwanted, unhappy, or unappreciated. In the end, it’s wiser to be single than in the wrong relationship.
