Attachment
One way to reduce stress from your life is to remove attachment. This can be achieved by not imposing expectation and by accepting the pureness of the moment. Don't disrupt your energy with pride or ego. Let the moment be as it was intended to be perfect in every way. If you can achieve this you will see a change in your energy flow.
