Because it helps them to see how to make this world a better place. Because that’s what separates the truly good people from those who only think they are good people. Bad things happen to good people because it is a necessary part of making a good person great.

I stumbled upon your blog on Craigslist/Greece. This is a great topic? I wonder. . . I am a little frustrated right now because I am trying to find a full-time job after my being laid-off from teaching position in July. Nothing has panned out, yet. My website that I have launched has just broken a month being on the internet, and that has been rocky. However, getting back to the topic. . . I definitely believe all people go though trials and tribulations, to what extent, that is unique to each individual. I lost my family by the age of 19 and I only have my grandmother remaining. I have carried myself through 3 cities, 3 college degrees, and work-life. Of course, not without the experiences of losing my best friend several years ago with her dying in her sleep. A broken heart from someone that I took for granted, and didn't know what I had till I lost it. And many more trials that I could mention but won't. I guess that's life. Bad things happening to good people. . . The question here is what makes a person good? Disposition, status, money, attitude, humbleness, the list could go on. I guess things happen for a reason; and, how we come out of it, is what counts. After all, what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
I am the anonymous person that posted last night--I am checking in real quick. . . Does anyone else come in? This is a good topic, and was hoping other people would get on board with this one.
