My wish is for you to become aware of your thoughts and see how they make you feel. Do your thoughts and conversations empower or dis-empower you? Being optimistic isn’t burying your head in the sand, rather it’s seeing that one grain of sand that can turn the situation around into building a castle rather than slinging mud.
